3. Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 90jilicc. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds across duplicate accounts.

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. 90jilicc's decision on the settlement of any bet is final. If a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, pre-game bets will be voided and stakes returned. For live/in-play bets placed during an ongoing event, bets stand regardless of subsequent postponement unless the event is formally abandoned.
6.2 Casino & Live Games

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90jilicc's total liability to any member for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.
90jilicc shall not be liable for:
- Any interruption in service due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power outages, or government action.
- Any loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
